About
The Kitty Congdon Mentoring Series is a signature Women in Motion program designed to develop confident, effective mentors. Through hands-on learning, meaningful connection, and practical tools, participants gain the skills to support others, strengthen their own leadership, and make a lasting impact in the community.
2025 Program Dates:
Session 1: Wednesday, September 24
Session 2: Wednesday, October 15
Session 3: Wednesday, November 5
Session Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Graduation Celebration: Wednesday, November 19 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: High Point Country Club 800 Country Club Dr, High Point, NC
Cost: $100 WIM Members | $250 Non-Members
Expectations for Participation: Due to the nature and limited number of sessions, participants are expected to attend all three sessions in full. There will not be an option to make up missed sessions.

As a program funded by the Congdon Family Foundation, we are committed to demonstrating the impact of their investment. Participants will be asked to share follow-up information about their mentoring activities after the program ends. This brief feedback helps us show how graduates are engaging in the community and supports our ability to secure continued funding for future cohorts.
