Deepen how you lead, listen, connect, and mentor.
The Kitty Congdon Mentorship Series is a signature Women in Motion experience for women who want to begin mentoring or become more intentional and effective in the mentoring relationships they already have.
Participants explore how self-awareness, trust, communication, listening, and connection shape meaningful mentorship. Through guided sessions, thoughtful conversation, practical tools/resources, personal reflection, and shared learning, women strengthen their ability to support and encourage others with confidence, clarity, and care.
Whether you are already mentoring in your workplace or community, supporting women informally, or considering becoming a mentor for the first time, this experience helps you deepen your understanding of what strong mentorship can look and feel like.

Growing as a mentor starts with understanding how you show up
Mentorship can take many forms.
You may already mentor employees, colleagues, students, emerging leaders, friends, or women in your community—even if you have never formally called yourself a mentor.
The Kitty Congdon Mentorship Series helps participants examine the way they lead, listen, communicate, build trust, and support others. It provides space to strengthen what is already working, explore new approaches, and become more intentional in future mentoring relationships.
This experience is not about determining whether someone is ready or qualified to mentor. It is about helping women at different stages deepen their understanding and strengthen their mentoring practice.
