Latonya D. Croney is the Senior Vice President and Director of Leadership Development Programs at Truist Leadership Institute. She oversees the development team that delivers leadership programs for Truist, corporate clients, and philanthropic partners. Croney has held this role since March 2023 and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to this, she served as the Retail Community Bank Market Execution Leader at Truist, managing small business banking strategies across eight regions. Croney began her career in 1994 through the Leadership Development Program and has led high-performance teams in various roles. She is dedicated to empowering individuals and creating spaces where leaders thrive through mentorship and innovative strategies. Croney is also involved in the Kentucky Chamber Foundation, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN), and previously served on the board of the Autism Society of North Carolina.
