Pam Baldwin is the director of Women in Motion of High Point.  As the director, she leads a women's initiative with a powerful mission to empower and elevate women in their personal and professional lives. Pam is dedicated to promoting the growth and success of women in the community.

In addition to her role as director, Pam is a social media educator. With a passion for helping small businesses and nonprofits, she has conducted numerous classes, providing practical guidance on leveraging social media platforms. Pam has also had the privilege of teaching as an adjunct professor at High Point University in the School of Communications.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Pam is an accomplished watercolor, abstract, and mixed-media artist. Beyond her professional and artistic pursuits, Pam is an avid hiker, nature enthusiast, and mother of two girls.
